Facility Number: This number is provided to you by the Saskatchewan Government. If left blank, it will not be shown on the report
Default Email: Enter the default address that you send these reports to
Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Kindergarten, and School Age rates: These rates are shown at the top of each report as the full time fee schedule for your facility

Abbreviations

For each day, you must record one of the following:

The number of hours attended
W - Withdrawn
S - Sick
X - Facility Closed
A - Absent
H - Child is on holidays with custodial parent

For each child, you must record the Care Type:

IN - Infant (6 weeks - 18 months)
PT - Preschool Toddler (19 months - 29 months)
PS - Preschool (30 months but not exceeding 6 years)
PK - Preschool Kindergarten (child that attends kindergarten)
SA - School-age (child who is five years or more and attends school other than kindergarten)

For each child, you must record the Care Schedule:

FD - Full-time daily
FE - Full-time evenings
FN - Full-time nights
PD - Part-time daily
PE - Part-time evenings
PN - Part-time nights
WE - Weekends
OT - Other
